Silverist Return Policy
At Silverist, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of receipt to refund your purchase, minus a 10% return processing fee + a flat rate shipping fee of $8. Travel sizes (3.4oz), kits, gift cards and shipping fees are final sale and non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@silverist.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization. Please note that all returns require prior authorization.
Please note that purchases make through Credo Beauty, Amazon or TikTok Shop must be returned to Credo Beauty, Amazon or TikTok Shop and separate return policies apply as outlined by those channels.
Return Process
Once your return is authorized, we'll contact you with directions on how to ship the product back. We'll process your return and issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a 10% return processing fee + a flat rate shipping fee of $8, once your return is received.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@silverist.com and include clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once reviewed, we will work to resolve the issue appropriately, which may include a replacement, refund, or other resolution at our discretion. Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not qualify for replacement or refund.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges.
Changes & Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed, as we begin processing quickly. Please double-check your order before confirming.
