What are the benefits of having a subscription?

Subscribers get 10% off every order + free shipping, as well as other promotional perks when available.

Which products have subscriptions available?

Our full size shampoo, conditioner and leave-in serum are available for subscription purchases from their product pages.

How do I cancel my subscription?

1. Sign into your Silverist account through our login page here, using the same email address you entered at checkout during your first subscription order.

2. Once logged in, click on "Manage Subscription."

3. Click on "Manage Subscription" once more under the "Subscriptions" tab.

4. You will then have the option to click "Cancel" or make any additional changes to your subscription order, such as skipping a delivery, adjusting your schedule, or changing your shipping address.

How do I make changes to my subscription?

To make changes to your subscription, you will first need to be logged into your account.

Please login to your account using the same email address you used when making your subscription purchase.

Once logged into your account, select “Manage Subscriptions” to pause, cancel, skip, update payment information, or your mailing address. Changes will apply to all future orders.

Can I skip a delivery?

Yes! To make changes to your subscription, and to see when your next order is scheduled, you will need to login and select “Manage Subscriptions.” Then, choose the shipment you'd like to skip. You can resume deliveries at any time.

How often will my subscription arrive?

Silverist subscriptions are delivered at the interval you choose: every 1, 2, 3, or 4 months. You can adjust your delivery frequency at any time by logging into your account by clicking the profile icon in the top right corner of our website, and select "Manage Subscription."
